Refund Policy

Refunds: 

We believe in our products so much that we offer a 30-day No-Hassle refund policy from the delivered date.

Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for purchase, or in the form of store credit. We are unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method. Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases of shipping error.  

Please note that your bank may choose to hold your refund temporarily while it is being processed. Your refund should be reflected on your credit card's statement within 5-15 business days following approval.

Return:

Return any unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the order delivered date and you will be refunded to the original form of payment. 

How do I return something?

  1. Contact us by email at  info@jewelrykingshop.com. Provide us with your order number and a brief statement explaining the reason for return.
  1. Once your return is approved, you will be emailed within 24-48 hours.
  1. Once you are ready to ship your return, address your package to shipping address which will be provided with your order:
  1. Use a trackable and insured shipping method to return your package, with your order number clearly printed on your shipping label. 
  1. We will email you when your return is processed.
  1. Once your return is processed, please allow 24-72 hours for your bank to credit the refund back into your payment method.

Please note: Jewelry King is not responsible for any return fees, or returns that are lost or stolen while in transit.

We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

  1. The item(s) have been altered.
  2. The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition, unless the condition is the fault of the supplier.
  3. The item(s) do not have the original tags on them.
